Villa DALI Vacation rental: Private 3-bedroom house perfectly suitable for families or group of friends with spectacular views to the Volcano and the Caldera 

Villa DALI is situated in an exclusive and quiet neighborhood along the traditional caldera path between Fira (Thira) and Firostefani, overlooking the world famous Volcano and facing the spectacular Caldera view from the front yard, Fira sideways and the eastern part of Santorini and even the island of Anafi from the back yard. It is located in the most unspoiled part of the old town and perfect to enjoy and relax at the outdoor rooftop terrace and the front and back yard of the house.

Villa DALI (licenced by the Greek Organization of Tourism since April 2015) was renovated recently from an old Theran villa. This spacious house provides the unique occasion to live in a private property that combines comfort and privacy. The 100 sq m high-ceiling house consists of three bedrooms (the first two with queen size bed and the third one with double bed), two bathrooms with shower made out of off-white polished cement, a living/dining-room with two sofas, a fully equipped kitchen with modern facilities and a hall. There is also a WC at the back yard.

Some antique furniture of the older house decorate the villa offering a different and classy touch. Contemporary aquarelle and oil paintings decorate the walls of all rooms of the villa. All three bedrooms are equipped with ecological mattresses and are ventilated with Westinghouse 4-speed ceiling fans for ecological reasons. All three bedrooms are also equipped with Carrier Air Conditioner (cool / heat) system of latest technology. The inner temperature in all places of the property is comfortable. The comfortable living/dining room has two sofas, one of them can easily be opened in a double bed hosting two more persons. If heating is needed at the living room, it has an electric convector.

There is free Fiberspeed 50Mbps Wi-Fi access to all areas of the villa. There is a daily housekeeping service. Linens and bath towels are included in the house and are changed every three days (their laundry and ironing is provided at no cost for you). 

With more than 150 sq m. outdoor front yard, back yard and rooftop terrace the villa offers the opportunity of outdoor living and outdoor dining. The villa has an inside dining room, but it also offers the opportunity of outdoor dining with two built-in tables of polished cement, one at the rooftop terrace and one at the back yard (for 8 persons). It has spacious outdoor areas, built-in benches around the walls, a big pergola at the back yard and a big 2.5 m parasol at the front yard. So, one can easily lie and enjoy outdoors the whole day long, since the property provides a variety of outdoor possibilities for every time of day and night. 

Villa DALI is perfectly suitable for families or a group of friends up to six persons plus two extra persons, if needed. 

It is very important that there is an easy entrance to the Villa (the car reaches 10m from its entrance) with no endless footpaths, uphill and hard to navigate stairs to reach your accommodation. There is a big free parking place 2΄ walking distance from the house. The Villa is located very close to Nomikos Conference Center, St. John Catholic Cathedral, St. Stylianos Church and the Cable Car entrance, while it is at a walking distance (5΄ - 6΄) from the center of Fira (the capital of Santorini) and all the mini markets, cafes, restaurants, bars and night clubs. There is a convenient public transportation from the central square of Fira serving all places of the island. 

The airport and the port are about 6 km away from the property (15 min by car/taxi). A special minivan service from/to the airport/port could be offered.
